Research Interns require to assist on following:
- Formulation of policy including guidelines for foreign visits by CSIR Scientists and CSIR Hq. laboratories net working;
- To develop and establish linkages through bilateral partners abroad (collaborative projects & exchange programs);
- To scout for and encourage labs to develop bilateral/multilateral technical assistant projects/programmes;

Eligibility:
- Essential qualification: M. Sc (Computer Science/IT)/MCA
- Desirable: Working knowledge of RDBMS like MSSQL/Oracle and programming languages like C++/ Visual Basic/ ASP/.NET Research Intern is expected to develop n-tier architecture based software and application software for various schemes of HRDG
Age: 25 years as on 1st August 2011 (Relaxation up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/OBC, Physically Handicapped and Female candidates)
Stipend: Rs.15000/- per month (fixed)
Tenure: Maximum two years from the date of joining and is not extendable under any circumstances. Performance of the interns will be reviewed every six month. In case the performance is not satisfactory, the internship will be terminated with one month’s notice or one months stipend in lieu thereof. During the internship period the intern would be free to appear for NET/GATE and secure regular fellowship for doing Ph. D.
Selection process: Walk-in interview. Will be based on overall academic records and performance in the interview.
Note: TA/ DA will not be paid for the attending the interview.
