Sales Coordinator (Marine Offshore)
- Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
- Salary Range: S$ 2,400 - 2,800
Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with proposals, quotes, contracts and reports.
- Maintain sales documents, coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders.
- Liaise with internal departments for order execution.
- Monitor stock levels and support marketing efforts
- Track sales metrics and manage CRM data.
- Perform ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Sales support experience.
- Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs, comfortable with calculations and Excel formulas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software.
