Logistic Officer (Project Contract Based)

• Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
• Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
• 5.5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm), Alternate Saturday Full Day
• Salary: $2500 to $3500 (depends on experience)
• At least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.

Job scope

• Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).
• Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.
• Verify purchases and storage of inventory.
• Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.
• Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.
• Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.
• Generation and verification of temporary passes.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.
