Role:

Logistics Executive (Marine Construction)

Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
5.5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm), Alt Sat Full Day
Salary: $2800 to $3500 (depends on experience)
At least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.
At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.

Job scope

Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).

Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.

Verify purchases and storage of inventory.

Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.

Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.

Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.

Generation and verification of temporary passes.
