Role:

Project Management Officer (Construction / Renovation)

• Singapore Based (Kaki Bukit)
• 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
• Salary Range: Basic $3000 - $3800 + Performance Bonus
• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design or related professional certification. + 1 - 2 years of experience in project management or a related role within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Assist the operation team in planning construction works to ensure the projects meet the budget and due date.
Conduct site visits to monitor the project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
Manage workers to ensure they complete the tasks according to instruction given.
Track and report project progress to project manager, including work schedule, overtime arrangement, budgets, and resource used.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
Ensure all projects meet the requirement of safety standards and SOP.
Help to resolve issues at work site.
