Role:
Quantity Surveyor (Project / Construction / Up to $5000)

- 5 Days 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
- Working location: Site at Bedok // HQ at AMK (Go there for tentatively one month then come to HQ to work, occasionally go back to site for meeting. Candidate must be willing to travel)
- Salary : $3.5K - $5k
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
- Those with a Diploma or Degree in electical engineering will be an added advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience and proven track record
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
Job Responsibility:
- Variation works
- Preparation of Letter of Award
- Preparation of payment claims
- Issuing payment response
- Any other works as and when assigned
