Quantity Surveyor (Project / Construction / Up to $5000)

• 5 Days 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Working location: Site at Bedok // HQ at AMK (Go there for tentatively one month then come to HQ to work, occasionally go back to site for meeting. Candidate must be willing to travel)
• Salary : $3.5K - $5k

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
• Those with a Diploma or Degree in electical engineering will be an added advantage
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience and proven track record
• Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry

Job Responsibility:

• Variation works
• Preparation of Letter of Award
• Preparation of payment claims
• Issuing payment response
• Any other works as and when assigned
