Role:

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Up to $5000)

• Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday - Friday), Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
• Office at City Hall, Working location at Island wide, current urgent project at Lakeside
• $4000 to $5000

Requirements

Min Degree / Diploma in QS or its equivalent

Above 5 years with Experience in A & A works tender

Roles & Responsibilities

Able to Perform Leaderships and Training to AE team

Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems

Responsible to All Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting

Works pro-actively, well-co-ordinated in the Report and able to meet Superior's expectation

Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums

Basic QS job scope (e.g. Measurement and Calling Quotation) still applied if Internal staff resources are tight
