- Manage the day to day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills, adjustments, refunds etc to customers
- Responsible for meeting the section's KPI, eg the monthly closing of billing cycle, timely and accurate adjustments and refunds.
- Lead, supervise and provide guidance to staffs
- Responsible in following up assignments and make strategic decisions
- Review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
- Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
- Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies
- Liaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational matters
- Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
- Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
