- Oversee daily operations, ensuring KPIs and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, adjustments, and refunds to customers.
- Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and strategic decision-making.
- Meet KPIs, including monthly billing cycle closures and accurate transactions.
- Review and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with ITD and external vendors for system changes and feasibility studies.
- Liaise with principals, vendors, and stakeholders on operational matters.
- Plan, test, and implement UATs for system changes, projects, or initiatives.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
