1 YEAR CONTRACT MARKETING EVENTS SPECIALIST (RENEWABLE)
Our client is a leading MNC in the eye care industry
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful planning and delivery of internal and external events across APAC to support strategic commercial objectives.
- Ensure that all event planning and execution activities adhere to company policies, industry code and the regulatory requirement of the host countries
- Work with various suppliers/service providers such as creative and media agencies, production houses, premium suppliers, event companies to ensure timely execution of Commercial Operation initiatives.
- Assist to achieve a set target percentage of attendee interaction during virtual events
- Provide back-end support for the programs such as approvals process, database tracking, and logistics.
- Manage the events related budgets and work with all functions to ensure strong support implementation needs in the most cost-effective way possible.
- Conduct post-event analysis to review the performance against the preset KPI
- Occasional travelling across the APCA region is required for the preparation and management of the events/congresses.
Requirements:
- Degree and above
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- 5 years of regional events management experiences
- Accurate reporting and tracking of responsible budgets.
- Familiar with virtual meeting platform and project management tools. Knowledge and experience in digital engagement tools such as SuperEvent, On24 would be an advantage.
- Strong team player and communicator at all levels.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and/or PRINCE2 certification are a plus
Salary ranges from $5000-$7500 with attractive benefits and bonuses
