Responsibilities

. Prepare renewal letters and offers

. Assist with the pricing and repricing of products

. Draft quotations slips and data entry into system

. Handle the processing of policy alterations of Life policies

. Support team with resolving queries raised by clients and staff

. Assist in the credit control functions for business and service

. Perform checks to point out any administrative errors and key into system

Requirements

. Proficient in MS Office
