Job Description

  • Location is at Tao Payoh
  • Working hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm ,
  • Alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm / 9am - 1pm

  • Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
