- Loaction: Juring Island (Company Transport pickup at Lakeside)
- Customer Support: Serves as the main contact for customers, handling orders and answering questions to provide a positive experience.
- Order Accuracy: Carefully processes orders in the system, double-checks details and invoices, and coordinates delivery dates with customers.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolves customer issues by working with other teams, and identifies root causes to prevent future problems.
- Customer Advocacy: Represents customer needs, using feedback to improve services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with other departments to enhance processes and support overall business goals.
- Issue Escalation: Seeks guidance from the Customer Service Manager for complex or unusual issues.
- System Use & Safety: Maintains customer records accurately in SAP, follows safety standards, and upholds company values in all interactions.
