. Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.

. Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.

. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.

. Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations.

. Collaborate with the coworkers/ insurers/respective stakeholder to develop strategies for revenue growth.

. Ensure appropriate sales processes are followed and compliance is adhered.

. Being customer-centric by gathering customers feedback, ideas, and suggestions to bring the team/organization closer to our customers.
