Job Description:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.
- Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive test scripts based on user requirements and FSD. Ensure test scripts cover all functional scenarios and edge cases.
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate the functionality of the core banking system. Document UAT results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure accurate and complete data transfer from the legacy system to the new core banking system.
- Validate data integrity and completeness post-migration.
- Assist in the planning and execution of post-production rollout activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to user requirements and testing, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Gather feedback from users post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.
Requirements:
- Degree of a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
