. Assist the Manager of Freight Operations SEA in running the day-to-day Operational Process for BPS and LPS divisions
. Provide administrative support for check in of inwards consignments and entry into SAP ERP
. Assist with bin location, lot & serial number tracking, and first expire and first out stock rotation (FEFO) via SAPB1 ERP system
. Assisting with the management of inventory and logistics services
. Assisting with filing and document saving systems
. Day to day data entry and administrative tasks as required
