Technical Writer As a technical writer, your role involves crafting through documentation adhering to organizational guidelines. You'll create user-friendly material tailored to meet the specific requirements of your audience, translating insights into language that ensures user success.
You will
Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments / customers to understand project requirements
Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
You bring
Min. 4+ years of technical writing experienceBid Management knowledge and Project Governance an additional advantage.Resources with IT Infrastructure background and good understanding IT infrastructure terminology will be preferred.Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product.Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projectsShould have excellent hands on experience in Word, PPT and other visualization tools like MS VISIO etc.ITIL V4 foundation preferred
