Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Job Description
. Customer Service - Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
. Call Management - Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
. Record keeping - Assist in data entry and compilation
. Logistics - Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
. Student Services - Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
. Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
Job Requirement
. At least N-level passes in English and Mathematics or relevant WSQ certificates
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
. Ability to interact effectively with students, parents and stakeholders
. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
. Ability to handle basic issues independently
. Good teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
. Relevant working experience in similar roles, preferably in a primary school
