Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Job Description
Reception and Administrative Duties:
Reception:
- Greet visitors and assist contractors/vendors.
- Provide basic first aid to students, escalating serious cases to office staff.
- Handle incidents such as students vomiting, soiling clothes, loaning uniforms, and sewing buttons.
- Distribute Early Dismissal Forms to parents.
Phone Call Duties:
- Answer phone calls, address queries, feedback, and requests.
- Take messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff.
Front Desk Admin:
- Issue and collect keys from staff, students, and vendors.
- Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain resource files and the forms cabinet with current forms.
- Operate office equipment (fax, photocopier, etc.).
- Perform other simple administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 GCE O Level passes, including English.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
- First-aid with CPR certification (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills, with patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- Initiative, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills during peak periods.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with professionalism.
