12 Months Bank Officer ($2200 to $2800) #NJN

Location: Tampines

Duration:12 Months Contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thurs and 9AM to 5.30PM Fri, with 1 Hour meal break

Job Description:

• Perform assurance checks on post trade transactions
• Download and review trade documents
• Matching and reconciliation of daily work
• Update and maintenance of various inventory lists
• Preparation and review of reports
• Assist in any admin duties like stationary purchase requisition, work order requests, filing, faxing, retrieval of trade docs
• Other adhoc work as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field with prior admin experience
• Proficient is MS excel/words
