7.45am to 5.15pm (Mon to Fri)
8am to 11am (Alt Sat)
- Required to do frequent OT till 7pm
- OT payable after official working hours
- Greet customers warmly and handle calls professionally, logging details in CRM.
- Collect and update customer details, ensuring accurate records.
- Verify support agreements/warranty validity and book appointments for service centers.
- Provide technical call screening and assign appropriate delivery methods.
- Optimize workshop capacity by efficiently assigning work
- Offer mobility services, airport pickup/delivery, and schedule car care services.
- Set customer expectations, provide advice, and assist with promotions.
- Monitor service levels, waiting times, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Hand over vehicles with a basic explanation of completed work.
