12 months Executive, Clinical & Academic Development (building dashboard) #HYS

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives

. To collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards

. To partner key stakeholders to translate company's priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans

. To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders

. To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders

. To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for Clinical transformation

. To do project management and align Clinical transformation's work plans

Job requirements :

. A bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

. Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making

. Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.
