• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
• UP $5,500 Basic + AWS + VB + Phone Allowance

Job Description:

• Implement and upgrade Cybersecurity products, managing customer relationships and timelines as needed.
• Provide effective solutions or alternatives based on customer needs.
• Train customers, partners, and internal teams on our products.
• Independently install and configure products using manuals.
• Improve skills and obtain relevant technical certifications.
• Develop expertise to help transfer knowledge to the maintenance team for better customer support.
• Support sales and support teams with technical inquiries, product features, implementation, and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of Cybersecurity working experiences.
