• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm
• UP $8,000 Basic+ VB

Job Description:

• Participated in the initial concept design, contributing creative and practical ideas for the new erection and upgrading of an existing industrial building.
• Managed the submission of detailed architectural plans and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations.
• Served as the building contract administrator, managing contractual obligations and ensuring that all parties adhered to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Managed projects from initiation to completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Min. 4 years of industrial projects working experiences.
