1202 - Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Kallang
• Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
• UP $5,000 Basic + VB

Job Description:

• Prepares bills of quantities, including quantity take-offs, specifications review, and sourcing materials/subcontractors.
• Gathers, compiles, and evaluates subcontractor quotations based on requirements.
• Conducts detailed breakdown analysis.
• Reviews contract documents and recommends potential value engineering solutions.
• Coordinates with the project team for necessary details and information.
• Ensures procurement is conducted ethically and recommendations are objective and reasonable.
• Prepares and finalizes subcontract documents.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of quantity surveying working experience.
