- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
- Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralised forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides etc.
- Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring.
- Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function-wide meetings where necessary.
- Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT facilities matters to resolve issues timely.
- Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials, and meeting room booking.
- You will also assist in any additional duties, adhoc projects and admin as assigned.
