Event Designer

Working Days & Hours: 5 Day | 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ubi, Singapore 408706
Salary Range: $2800-$3000

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning an event's theme, setting and overall design, including decorations and entertainment
• Overseeing the event's budget and making sure it stays within the predetermined limits
• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
• Creating floor plans and models of the event space that show where each element will be located
• Coordinating with event managers, coordinators, planners, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of an event are executed smoothly

Job Requirement:

• Relevant Experience
• Highly proficient in graphic / creative design programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
