Reservation Sales Executive
Working Days & Hours: 5 Day | Mon-Fri: 8.45am-5.45pm
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary Range: $2300-$3000
Job Responsibilities:
- Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and MICE events with accuracy and efficiency, promoting sustainable travel options.
- Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages.
- Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
- In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.
