Senior Sales Engineer
Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 8.15am to 5pm
Working Location: 20 Pioneer Crescent (Pick Up/ Drop Off at Boon Lay MRT)
Salary Range: $4200-$5200 + VB
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive inquires & purchase orders on company's products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
- Responsible for aftersales activities on company's products in S.E.A. market
- Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
- Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
- Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
- Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
- Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
- Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office's supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
- Troubleshooting support at the customers plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.
Job Requirement:
- Relevant Experience
- Able to go Business Trips to SEA countries (about 2-3 times a month)
