$2,350 HR Business Partnering Executive | 1 year contract | Town area

Contract period: 1 year

Work hours: Mon to Thu: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: near Labrador Park MRT

Salary: $2350 + $40 handphone allowance

Job summary:

You will be part of the Human Resource Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As a member of the HR Business Partnering department, you will be the point of contact throughout the employee life cycle to manage and resolve employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Business Partners in end-to-end HR functions. This includes:Posting of job advertisements across various job portals
  Scheduling of interviews
  Post-interview follow up (e.g. administration of tests collection of documents)
  onboarding and offboarding matters
  Manage the daily HR operations using Workday system

Requirement:

1. Experience in particular HR administration and a good understanding of core HR processes. Those without relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
2. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, able to work effectively in teams as well as perform routine tasks independently.
3. Meticulous, driven and service-oriented mindset.
4. Candidates who have prior experience in using Workday will have an added advantage.
