Job Description:
. Provide immediate response to client's enquiries and concerns over the phone
. Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaint, evaluates findings, and responds quickly to clients
. Resolve discrepancies in reports by consulting with other staff
. Assess problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual.
. Pursue referenced test result to satisfy client needs and requests
. Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
. Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE O/N/A Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
