What you will be working on
The Generative AI (GenAI) Core Team is one of the frontrunners in GenAI amongst Government agencies. CPF Board is committed to harnessing GenAI to increase efficiency and effectiveness in our work. We have put together a GenAI Core Team, comprising officers from a few different departments, who are driving GenAI training, tinkering, and tooling across CPF Board.
In this role, you will:
. Support GenAI adoption throughout the organisation.
. Develop content and initiatives (e.g. talks, workshops, hackathons) to level-up staff across the organisation in GenAI understanding and prompt engineering.
. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI, especially in the area of prompt engineering techniques
. Partner with users to provide guidance on how to better harness GenAI and engineer prompts for their use cases.
What we are looking for
We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing content that is able to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience simply and clearly.
. Intellectually curious, able to pick up new skills quickly, and have a genuine interest in technology.
. Good independent time and task management skills, with ability to work collaboratively on initiatives
. No specific field of study or technical background required, but a solid understanding ofGenAI concepts (e.g. how Large Language Models work, what in-context learning does) and prompt engineering techniques is recommended.
. Some familiarity with Python coding on Jupyter notebooks will be advantageous but is not required.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jan - Jun 2025.
