$2600 Finance grant admin | 1 Year contract | East

Working Schedule: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 6pm) Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Location: Bedok

Job Description:

• Monitor and track project schedules and claim submission dates ensure timely submission of relevant documents
• Liaise with institutions/research offices on submission of claims and supporting documents such as payslips, accounting system records, manpower listing and supplier invoices
• Check that forms are correctly filled and certified by relevant parties
• Verify accuracy of claims
• Filing of all relevant documents onto e-records system
• Supporting preparation for grant calls
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Experience in audit/compliance/finance or research grant administration will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office application
• Responsible and meticulous
