Job Description

Work hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00am to 5:30pm

Job duties:

Provide admin assistance for finance work in CAD. The responsibilities include:

  • Scanning documents
  • Conversion of files into the appropriate formats
  • Email between parties via emails
  • Perform data entry in spreadsheets and online forms
  • Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by Head Corporate Support Divisions

Requirements:

  • Able to use Microsoft office application proficiently, specifically Excel.
  • Able to send and reply to emails via Outlook.
  • Have some background in finance-related work.
  • Able to use scanner.
