$2980 Application Executive | Central | 1 year contract

Work hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary: $2,980

Contract period: 1 year contract

Location: Caldecott

Job duties:

• Receive applications online from a system
• Assess applicants eligibility for student care fee assistance (SCFA), Start-Up Grant (SUG), holiday charges, and process applications via SSNetOne for supervisor's approval.
• Speak to applicants (where necessary) to request or verify specific information for the application
• Enter information into the computer system
• Recommend whether to approve or reject the application based on the assessment
• Submit application for approval by Approving Officer.
• Process withdrawal applications and process refund of subsidies
• Process fee revisions
• Process appeal for higher subsidies/Attendance rate waiver.

Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans
• Degree in any field
• Meticulous and comfortable in working with numbers
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work both independently and be a team player
• Be diligent, pro-active, and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
