$2980 Child Protection Coordinator (Protectors’ Review) | 1 year contract | Town

Salary: $2980

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Location: Caldecott

Contract Period: 1 year (for good performers would be recommended for other positions internally after end of contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Extract information from the case management system to determine which cases are due for review.
• Coordinate with Child Protection Officers (CPOs), Supervisors, Protectors and stakeholders in the scheduling of case reviews.
• Collate and disseminate documents required for reviews involving external panel members.
• Track utilization rates of case review platforms to enable the extraction of actionable insights.
• Perform any additional related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or degree in any field.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with prior experience in managing data using programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as performing administrative tasks.
• Effective communication skills when engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a positive working attitude.
