Supervise all food preparation, production and presentation to ensure consistency in food quality and freshness in accordance with the restaurant's standard operating procedures
Assist in the preparation and control of the daily / weekly market list.
Follow up on any changes in new recipes or work methods pertaining to any new menus and functions as per instructions given by the Chef and recipes.
Ensure adherence to the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures, safety rules implemented at the workplace and procedures including reporting of hazards or incidents.
Maintain good personal hygiene standards, ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the work station at all time.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef.
Requirements
Good planning, organizational and communications skills
Able to lead and be a good team player
Good culinary skills in Chinese cuisine
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity in the F&B industry
