Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am 6pm
Responsibilities
- Contract preparation for sessional academic staff
- Payment for sessional staff.
- Assist in the recruitment of sessional Staff.
- Assist in the on-boarding/orientation process for full-time/sessional staff.
- Maintain an up to date register/database of sessional lecturers/tutors/supervisors.
- Provide support and assistance on relevant statutory compliance requirements.
- Implementation of the full range of general HR administration.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
- Contract preparation and payroll experience is mandatory
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Related field
