Location: Kent Ridge

Working days/hours:

30 hours a week (Flexible Schedule)

Job description:

- Active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds, medication reconciliation, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients on their medication treatment.

- Ensure that all sales and supply of medicinal products comply with legal requirements.
- Records pertaining to all phases of drug receipt, supply, storage and distribution are maintained as required by the hospital and/or legal authorities.
- Review pharmacy procedures and policies periodically and implement schemes to improve pharmacy workflow.

Requirements:

- Degree in Pharmacy

- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !

- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
