. Conduct interviews with selected members of public
. Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents issues
. Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
. Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
. Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
. Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
. Provide status report to the supervisor
Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday - Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week.
Location: Novena / Chinatown
Contract: yearly renewable based on business needs and individual performance
Requirements:
. Singaporean
. Comfortable with field visits
. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
. Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
. Excellent customer service skills
