3D Interior Design Drafter

Job Description:

• Create detailed 3D models, renderings and technical drawings based on design concepts.
• Work closely with Designers to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
• Prepare space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification proposals.
• Produce accurate elevation drawing for fabrication purpose.
• Assist the Designer with all the 3D amendment requirements request upon client.
• Maintain and organized all drawings in a systematic way.
• Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs work experience as a Drafter or similar role.
• Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup.
• Knowledge of rendering software such as 3DMax or V-Ray.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work indenpendently.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
