Job Description:
- Create and develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, buildings, and other structures based on architectural plans, sketches, and other design data.
- Create high-quality photo realistic renderings using V-ray, SketchUp, and Enscape including to Walkthrough animation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visuals and adherence to project timelines.
- Review and refine renderings to ensure they meet the desired quality standards and accurately represent the design intent.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D visualization and rendering to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and expertise in Enscape for real time rendering.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
- Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Work collaboratively with designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet design goals.
