- Accountable for the successful management of assigned key accounts.
- Lead, oversee, and coordinate operations for export/import order fulfillment as the primary point of contact.
- Supervise, recruit, and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure shipments are carried out accurately and on time, following the agreed SOP and KPI.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize business share.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of SOPs aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through system automation or process simplification, thereby reducing potential risks.
- Establish and uphold guidelines and best practices to minimize shipment compliance risks.
- Ensure full adherence to Singapore Customs Regulations.
- Monitor departmental budget controls and ensure optimal use of resources, including facilities, system applications, personnel, and related data.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in procurement in Logistics Business
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline
