Job Title: Temporary PSA, Front Office
Duration: 4 months
Location: Bishan

Work Schedule:

• Flexible 5-day work week (Monday to Sunday)
• AM Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM - $12/hr
• PM Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM - $14/hr
• Rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform reception and front desk duties, including greeting and assisting patients and visitors.
• Handle general enquiries from patients and visitors, both in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with portering and triaging duties, such as transferring patients between different locations within the facility.
• Clean and maintain wheelchairs and other assistive equipment.
