4 Months Call Centre Agent, Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound survey calls /follow up calls
• Call script and training will be provided (follow standardize call scripts)
• Data entry to ensure data accuracy (call survey results update)
• Adverse finding to be escalated for further investigation
• Administrative duties (consolidation of reports/etc)
• Uphold confidentiality and data security standards

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Words/Excel/Powerpoint
• Min Diploma with some experience in Insurance sales/customer service is preferred
• Good communication skills and detail oriented
