Working Hours:
8.30am-5.00pm (Monday - Friday),
8.30 am-1.00pm (Sat)
- Provide immediate response to client's enquiries and concerns over the phone
- Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaint, evaluates findings, and responds quickly to clients
- Resolve discrepancies in reports by consulting with other staff
- Assess problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual.
- Pursue referenced test result to satisfy client needs and requests
- Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
- Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned
- Assist with other database building activities when necessary
Requirements:
- Min GCE O/N/A Level , Nitec / Diploma in any field
- Able to handle customer service
- Able to start work immediately
