5.5-day office hours

Monday to Friday: 7.5hrs, Saturday: 4.5hrs

Job description:

. Providing assisted enrolment to patients

. Guiding patients to enrol through mobile application for patients with Singpass.

. Assisting patients to enrol through another application for patients without Singpass.

. Onboarding patients to mobile application, including booking of related appointments.

. Tagging patients on queueing system related visits.

. Answering patients queries with regards to mobile application.

Requirements:

- Min GCE O/N/A Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline

- Able to start IMMEDIATELY or on short notice

- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills

- Able to commit until 31 March 2025.
