Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 4D Planner & Scheduler to join our team on a megaproject. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating project schedules with 3D models to create 4D simulations and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 4D models for the project using advanced 4D software.
Integrate 3D models with project schedules to create 4D visualizations.
Analyze 4D models to identify potential spatial conflicts and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with project teams to understand and incorporate project objectives into 4D models.
Present 4D simulations to stakeholders to facilitate understanding of project timelines and potential issues.
Update 4D models regularly to reflect changes in project schedules and plans.
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress.
Coordinate with project teams to gather status updates and adjust schedules as needed.
Identify potential schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Report on project progress and provide forecast updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a 4D Planner and Scheduler in large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in 4D software such as Synchro, Navisworks, or similar.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
