Plans, delivers and executes technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Client's internal and external customers.
Capabilities in troubleshooting and solve all technical problems under standard conditions and in common and less usual situations. Has growing understanding of more complex fault cases including multi-disciplinary cases as following scope
Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level: -
- Supporting all trial / new project activity in latest SW/HW release in the testbed / life environment
- Prepare parameter setting for feature testing and special project
- Coordinate customer and configuration team for CR implementation
- Support technical issues related to KPI analysis
Personal Attributes:
- Strong RAN technical knowledge
- Negotiation skills, internal and external
- Ability to manage team members and subcon
- Good in technical customer presentation
- Ability to provide competence knowledge sharing within internal and customer team
- Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations
7+ years experience in 3G/4G and 2 - 3 years in 5G RAN Installation, commissioning & integration
